1 Year Warranty on RetroDeck:

At RetroDeck , we want you to have the best experience with our products. That's why all items purchased at playretrodeck.com include a 1-year warranty , covering manufacturing defects and operational issues.

If your product malfunctions within the warranty period, we will repair, replace, or, in exceptional cases, refund it at no additional cost.


What Does Our Warranty Cover?

🔹 Manufacturing defects in materials or operation detected in the first 12 months.
🔹 Hardware or software malfunction that prevents proper use of the product.
🔹 Errors in product delivery , such as receiving a different model than the one requested.
🔹 Premature failures without signs of damage from misuse or improper handling.

If the problem falls within these conditions, we will assume the costs and determine whether a repair, replacement, or refund is appropriate.

What Doesn't the Warranty Cover?

Our warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, negligence, or unauthorized modifications. Below are the cases in which the warranty will not apply :

Problems not related to manufacturing defects.
Normal wear and tear from daily use, including deterioration of buttons, casings or batteries.
Damage from accidents, blows, falls, excessive pressure or mistreatment of the product.
Tampering, disassembly or attempted repairs by unauthorized third parties.
Failure due to incorrect installation, use of unsuitable voltages or faulty connections.
Improper use, such as forcing components or using the product outside of its specifications.
Exposure to liquids, humidity, chemicals or extreme weather conditions.
Alteration or removal of identification labels, serial number or warranty seals.
Use of the product in commercial environments or with a level of demand higher than domestic.

If your product has any of these problems, the warranty will not be valid and any repair or replacement will be at the customer's expense.


Has your warranty expired?

If the warranty period has expired, you can still contact us to request a repair or replacement. However, in this case:

🔹 The total cost of the repair or replacement will be borne by the customer.
🔹 All shipping costs (round trip) must be covered by the customer.
🔹 A preliminary inspection will be carried out to determine the total cost before proceeding.

We will not carry out any repairs or replacements until we receive payment. If you decide not to proceed with the repair after inspection, the product will be returned without exchange, and the shipping costs will be borne by the customer.


How to Request a Repair or Replacement?

If you need to make use of the warranty, follow these steps:
