Delivery Times

When customers place an order on playretrodeck.com , RetroDeck will process and ship the products as soon as possible. However, this will not always be on the same day the order is placed. Generally, processing time can take between 1 and 2 business days before the order is shipped.

How long does delivery take to Spain, the United States, or Europe?

Shipping to the United States and Europe typically takes between 7 and 14 days . Please note that holidays, customs processing, or unforeseen delays may slightly extend delivery times.

If you are from Spain, your shipment will take between 5-8 days .

About the Delivery

Our delivery time consists of two parts:

1. Order preparation time

After receiving an order on playretrodeck.com , we select the products in our warehouse, check their quality, and prepare them for shipment.

2. Shipping time

Once the products leave the warehouse, they are transported by sea, land or air , depending on the shipping method selected.

Regarding tariffs, RetroDeck has prepaid the customs duties, so there will generally be no additional costs for the customer.

Mailing address

It is essential to provide a complete and correct delivery address. Once your order has been processed or shipped, we will not be able to change the shipping address.

If you wish to redirect your package, you will need to contact the courier company directly. To request changes to your order details, please emailus at contacto@playretrodeck.com within 24 hours of purchase.

Packages Lost or Damaged During Shipping

If your order is lost or arrives damaged due to shipping, please take photos of the packaging and the damaged product and emailthem to contacto@playretrodeck.com within 7 business days of delivery to arrange a replacement.
