Delivery Times

When customers place an order on playretrodeck.com , RetroDeck will process and ship the products as quickly as possible. However, this will not always be the same day of the order. Generally, the processing time can take between 1-2 business days before the order is shipped.

About Delivery

Our delivery time consists of two parts:

1. Order preparation time

After receiving an order on playretrodeck.com , we select the products in our warehouse, check their quality and prepare them for shipment.

2. Shipping time

Once the products leave the warehouse, they are transported by sea, land or air , depending on the shipping method selected.

As for tariffs, RetroDeck has prepaid customs duties, so there will generally be no additional costs for the customer.

Mailing address

It is essential to provide a complete and correct delivery address. Once your order has been processed or shipped, we will not be able to modify the shipping address.

If you wish to re-route your package, you will need to contact the courier company directly. To request changes to order details, please emailus at contact@playretrodeck.com within 24 hours of purchase.

Packages Lost or Damaged During Shipping

If your order is lost or damaged due to shipping, please take photos of the packaging and damaged product and emailus at contact@playretrodeck.com within 7 business days of delivery to arrange a replacement.
